What is Graduate Development Program (GDP)?

The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 3-week intensive program in which students are given the opportunity to fully experience the telecommunications industry through the lens of one Internet service provider - Time dotCom.

Please note, this program is not an internship, and while it offers valuable experience, it does not guarantee full-time employment upon completion.

    Assessment methods may vary by region and will be communicated to participants prior to the program.

    Offer announcements will be made by mid-May 2025.

    The program will be held at the Time dotCom headquarters in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Malaysia.

    The program will last for 3 weeks, from June to July 2025. Participants are also required to set aside one day before and after the program for travel.

    We will only cover accommodation and local travel expenses during the program. Candidates or their universities will be responsible for airfare and other travel arrangements.

    An online Program Orientation session will be held at the end of May, where detailed information will be shared. Participants are encouraged to attend this session for detailed info.

    Yes, the program will include various networking events where participants can connect with industry professionals and fellow participants.

    Candidates must be undergraduate or graduate students in relevant fields of study. Specific eligibility criteria may apply based on the program requirements.

    Participants will have access to mentorship, workshops and other resources designed to enhance their learning experience and professional development.
